Although this one doesn't apply to me, I just want to say I'm super glad to have found your channel. I love the matter of fact viewpoint, the slight irreverence, the willingness to call out Big Pharma and those ill trained but looking for quick $, and ALL the other HRT benefits that aren't JUST LIMITED TO STUPID hot flashes! On Ozempic for a couple of years, now. Could no longer tolerate metformin. Have lost about 20% body weight. Have never given in abdomen, always in thighs, alternating each week. Minimal stomach issues. I surely do. miss Tucson, though feel a bit cheated because I never encountered a Gila monster in my wandering on the Sonoran desert 🌵. Though did once see a pregnant 🐪 in the dry Rillito river bed, with it’s owner, of course. Glad to find your channel.

I wish my son could find a doctor like you. He’s extremely overweight and just doesn’t seem to care about losing weight or taking care of himself. He’s 30 and married. Wife is taking semaglutide and lost 40 pounds. He’s not interested. I recently got them to do blood work and all his cholesterol, triglycerides were very high. He also had abnormal adrenal reading (1000). He’s in avoidance and I don’t know how to help him. Just praying for him to find some strength and self esteem. I’m worried he may have a tumor on his adrenals since his numbers were so high which could be why he is so obese?

Weight loss no matter how you achieve it causes facial fat decrease. Ozempic face it just a negative saying people toss around.
