I love the peanut cup thing....I eat like a hog if I have bad foods around...BUT when I don’t have those foods around and I have healthy substitutes, I eat those like a hog instead, and I stay in great shape. I’ve been doing that for years but I buy some junk once in awhile to have a littttttle taste, and I end up going crazy and getting sick and questioning my mental strength for awhile. Maybe I won’t beat myself up so much about my will power and just keep the bad foods away. Less energy wasted. Thanks for the honesty Holland’s. Both guys are inspiring.
