The secret is 1:21:30 (1 hour and 21 minutes) Oh Allah (SWT) I am nothing without you. I am 0; you are 100. You want to demonstrate to Allah (SWT) with full sincerity, in your attitude, actions, perspective, etc. Then he gives example of Prophet Nuh (AS). That Dua was “My Lord, I am overpowered (overcome). Sheikh breaks down prophet Nuh (AS) sincerity of how he is 0 and Allah (SWT) is 100. Same is about prophet Yonus (AS) in the belly of the whale (1:24:00) In shaa Allah, you are able to note it down. He says the prophet Yunus Dua in the belly of the whale. I’m not so great with notes, but in shaa Allah, it helps. Sheikh says concentrate on the positives and embody that Allah (SWT) is perfect and almighty. Both prophets acknowledge they are 0 and Allah (SWT) is 100.
