Unironically. This ending made me nearly cry cause it brought me back to jacksepticeye playing this when i was a kid. Asriel and chara as characters are the main thing that have kept me caring about undertale. Genuinely- i just love cute siblings dynamics in anything and the two as individual characters just seem absolutely amazing. Even if chara is mostly told through implications.

so here's a funny thing that I just encountered. so If you are captured by papyrus 3 times on your third when you are in the shed you can go to sleep in the dog bed. then you are taken by Alphys and wake up in the new home. Essentially skipping the whole game. And that's not the best part. When you are in the judgment hall, sans will comment how you used a "shortcut" and will start eating an ice cream. yeah it's that cut cutscene that was meant to annoy speed runners. I love hove how this game uses scrapped content like that. and at the end Twinkly will comment how you skipped most of the game.

If you pay attention and have a decent enough memory, you can notice how all the narration is in parenthesis after Chara leaves (or moves on idk), and is noticeably different, and the typing sound is lower pitch. For example: the snowman robot description says "It's in sleep mode" at first, and after Chara is gone it says "(The robot appears to be asleep)". So the canon here seems to be both NaraChara and Ghost Chara

yeah honestly. it feels like the part of me that was sad about undertale's asriel not getting a happy ending that finally found its peace. and now my heart is finally at peace. Once upon a time my heart was broken as if i had Fallen down and i was in Ruins. My heart shaking from all the Anticipation and Unnecessary Tension for something that seemed like it would never come. My heartaching from the ending i wish i had. Snowy days and memories of something that never was. This really was the Last Episode to a truly amazing game For the Fans. This is An Ending i never thought i would get. but I guess.... Here We Are! Not giving up my Hopes And Dreams for this happy ending was the best outcome really. This really feels like a really good Last Goodbye. finally now that i am complete, I can finally start enjoying fangames at 100% since I know this timeline is the most canon and anyone trying to dispute that gets 4 block cards from UNO and a parry from ULTRAKILL. All I can say to that part of myself now is... Good night... I feel so whole. ❤

I hadnt know about the love zero route but managed to find the diary and coffin thru sheer snooping, i thought that the chara inturupt during toriel was kinda weird because it never lead into anything after, turns out i lost the route because i beat up and stole astrowhatevers helmet because undertale made it seem the best way to help snowcap was to take his hat so i had figured the same rules here... i was wrong and it made the rest of the playthrough feel off
