And given that I’m pretty sure losing to Papyrus is faster than actually sparing him, you actually _want_ to take damage, which would make the bandana a sort of “I could put this on to make Snowdin Forest easier but you can’t re-equip the bandage so it’ll make Papyrus take longer” thing.
