Loved this show and Isis! The only problem with this type of super hero is the time lost in transformation. Someone could die in the time it takes for the process to complete. :p

TV Tropes lists such as "Tranformation Is A Free Action". Either there will be a actual pause, or what the viewer sees is a slowdown of a near-instananeous change. Either way, it's stock footage to fill time.

I love watchin' those old 70s vehicles waddle along on their horrible suspensions. Especially those huge sedans in shows like Charlie's Angels, Vegas!, or Starsky and Hutch. They look like battleships on bedsprings! I'm sure it's a lot less fun DRIVING them than merely WATCHING them, though.
