I fell in love with my best friend two years ago. She was a straight girl, and I was still in the closet. It hurt to see her with all those guys and crushing on them, I just wanted to protect her form them, they were all jerks and I knew they would hurt her. I stayed by her side and supported her through everything, through the depression, suicidal thoughts, even when she wanted to just run away from it all. For those two years I struggled being near her, it's difficult being so close to someone and falling in love with them knowing they'll never love you. Two years later, we were walking in the field and she told me she had fallen in love with me and I told her I fell in love with her too. It could've been the greatest moment of my life, but two weeks later, she moved away. We kissed two times before that, but then afterwards she left my life and possibly forever. We still love each other, but the odds are against us. I can only hope one day we'll see each other again.

This is what I love about short stories. Raw, honest- and sad, it gives a lot without saying much, not even a word, just a song in the background, and we're able to relate to every character in the story in less than 5 minutes. I'm so glad youtube recommended me this video first thing in the morning when I woke up, couldn't have found a better way to get out of bed and face the world. The end kind of makes me wonder if Sage wanted Allie to say "We could always try it out" and Sage would of been fine with it. I mean she did kiss Allie first so I dont get why Sage was all weird about it. But that was heartbreaking and breathtaking.

I absolutely adore this video it just has so much depth! It's so beautiful and shows true emotion. Brings so much more meaning to the song, beautifully done. I've never stumbled across a short clip that could take my breath away with how deep and meaningful it is. The actors made it ten times more beautiful. Well done I absolutely love it!
