The problem is our society forsake biblical principles, one example you mentioning "hook up culture" is breaking a standard 7th commandment / You shall not commit adultery. If people really want to get serious about fixing their own and societies problems, we need to get to the root of the issue. There is no quick and easy fix.

After my break-up I joined the local wrestling club simply out of the pain. My brother, joined armwrestling after his horrible break-up. We were both destroyed. However, screw that, even though there is still pain, we love the new people we've met in our clubs and we are now training for over 1 year each. Break-up can spark that motivation to do something which is extremely powerful and the break-up kinda helped me get out there out of my house which I was afraid to do.

Instead of focusing on their physique so much, which is mostly related to getting sex, people should focus on their souls. Read important books, mostly written before 1990 when Woke began its long march through our societies. It will also help to avoid most politics. Read and discuss other things.
