If you didn't remember, the old guy who gave the "audience" speech is the same old guy who said he'll root for Deku in the first episode. The old man who asked Deku "Are you a hero fan boy?" That's what also make me cry more happy tears. Realizing the same old guy who roots for Deku, giving a speech for Deku's sake. 😢

The things that I love about MHA are all the callbacks and payoffs that Horikoshi does. The man who gave the speech was the one from ep 1, the lady he saved, and Kota all coming to save/help him. Him crying with the same pose as ep 2 when All Might accept him and he says the greatest hero line.

I hope dubs are on par with what Uraraka's VA did bcoz she was amazing,its the voice cracks that do it for me and i wasnt that impressed with Bakugo's dub VA when he broke down..in japanese, Bakugo's VA did an amazing job when he made it look like his voice was cracking on the edge of crying and braking down but still holding it in but in the dubs it sounded more angry than tearful

This episode was PURE PERFECTION just when you think last one was gold this one just top it all. Ochako Uraraka and her VA Ayane Sakura absolutely nailed it . When this episode came out in the manga I straight cried and I was expecting the same and I did. Refugees being uneasead was obvious from the beginning and last episode but seeing how even Jeanist couldn't calm them down and only made it worse just reinforced to Izuku that he can't stay here , and right when it was all gonna go to hell in steps Uravity . She said that she first stared being a hero to support her parents , but this episode shows her true self she likes making others smile and happy . So comes the sentence " When the heroes are suffering , who will protect them " The Answer :the people or civilians , a lot of modern day hero shows don't show that if you just support a hero with a cheer or smile after what they've done and sacrifice it'll help them even just a bit . Also the music/theme that played in the middle was called : You too can become a hero. That's right from the very beginning where it all started . I know a lot love "you say run" and for good reason but this theme is pure gold as well , we don't hear it often srsly I think it was only episode 2 and 5(when he gets accepted into UA) . I was praying that when this scene was shown they were going to either play "you too can be a hero" or " Might+U (remix)" . I am SO glad they used can be a hero , it perfectly sums up what Deku needed in this moment . This moment mirrors the way they first met ( her saving him in front of UA) and All Might telling him that same sentence . PS: to all who's gonna complain that "Deku went from badass to crybaby again. Oh no drop the series" the boy felt lost both physically and mentally he had nowhere to go and was pretty much dead inside and outside . He felt that he had to carry the world on his shoulders and no one could help , then came the person that probably tied with All Might for changing his life so much. From small things like changing his name's meaning to helping him . He's crying because he can't hold all those emotions anymore , he is truly touched that Ocha-Uravity would do all this for him to stay at UA his Hero Academia .
