I hope someone can start a go fund me or something for the Families and friends (Andrey, her sister, there cousin and kids) to fly and visit the Philippines, they fell in love with the Philippines, the cuisines, the stories, and most of them haven't been there, they cook Filipino dishes using what ingredients they can find. we have alot of foreign vloggers who we support, like and love because they appreciate the country, the people and the culture... but this guys are smitten and you can see from they way they try to cook it, talk about it, and how they think what the Philippine experience will be for them. and you know THEY HAVE A SIGNATURE FAMILY HEAD BOBBING when they eat. and It makes you feel happy inside when you see it.😍😍😍😍😍

One thing I loved Andrey Family is being simple and kind and also his cousin Olga, you see the family of Andrey how simple they are and her cousin. Even inside their houses is very simple. Wow, Mama Olga already misses the taste of grilled bangus (Milkfish) and Tuna kilawin.. now that filipino dishes are becoming famous in Russia, thanks to Bro Andrei, I hope someday that all ingredients will become available in your country. In cooking Maja Blanca, all you need are Cornstarch, Milk, Coconut Milk (CocoMama) & Corn Kernels.

Anastacia , made maja blanca. That is a very easy recipe. For the brown toppings she let the garage dry in the pan. Continuous stirring so it will not burn. The oil will separate from the brown part. Mix sugar with the topping before putting on top of the maja blanca. Usually the oil is used in the Philippines for several things.

You can also boil bananas but they have to be the “saba” kind. Next time you fry banana you can also glaze it with sugar to make it sweet or just plainly fry them.
