wow! The number of comments here is astounding. The video was posted 30 mins ago and the number of people watching and super engaged to your channel is amazing. I love how you experimented with Champorado. Generally, Filipinos dont use Milo to flavor the champorado. Instead we use Cacao or Tablea. It is the ingredient in chocolates. You dan buy it in cubed form in the local markets. The pancit canton is the ultimate Filipino snack. I cook it with hardboiled egg and I pair it with pandesal. Pancit Canton is rated as the most favorite Filipino snack. The company that makes it is earning billions because of that. I an happy that your Family is coming back to the Philippines in October. Please come with the kids and Sergei. We will surely love to accomodate all of you guys. Your family has been an extended family to us. All the best to your Channel guys. Mabuhay!!!❤❤

Andrie the right way of cooking that pancit Canton..first you do is boiling the water then put the pancit noodles to the boild water for a better cooked .then take out the Canton from the boild water .then put all the ingredients together to the pancit Canton..mix it well for a verry good tasty... But in my own opinion..If I cook pancit Canton...I mixed 1 pack of kalamansi flavor and 1 hot and spicy flavor for a little bit spicy..try it. really good taste than one flavor...

Here in the Philippines we use tablea to make a champorado and malagkit rice or sticky rice. Then if it's cook we pour evaporated milk on the top. Andrei, if you go back with your whole family in the Philippines in October have a list of items that you need to buy here so that when you go back in Russia you have some ingredients you need like tablea, sticky rice or malagkit, mascuvado sugar, evaporated and condense milk, sotanghon, pancit canton in big size etc. so that your mom and sister can have variety of ingredients in the kitchen if they want to try cooking Filipino food.

MILO is used to make chocolate milk. Champorado uses regular cocoa or tablea, glutinous rice, sugar, evaporated milk. We NORMALLY dont use MILO chocolate powder for champorado. LOL. :) Addendum: It seems there are those who use MILO to make their champorado; and it's all right. BUT that does not make it the traditional way of making Filipino champorado. Statement of fact does not constitute telling or, worse, dictating to people not to improvise. I, myself, improvise quite a bit when I make Filipino food; but I always inform my non-Fiipino co-workers that my Filipino food is NOT authentic, that it is MY version of Filipino food.

Bring 2½ cups of water to a boil in a small saucepan. Add the noodles ( don't break) and cook for 2 minutes. Add the flavor packet, stir, and continue to cook for another 30 seconds. It's up to you if you'll add vegetables or egg. If it's cup noodles, just pour hot water and seasonings.
