Saw the total eclipse here in Oregon! It was so amazing!!!! The temperature drops, there's a 360 sunset, you can see the stars, and it gets so dark that people shot off fireworks. You guys should definitely plan on seeing the next total eclipse in 2024 in Texas!

Aspyn the reason the recipe says 6 hours is because that's the time it takes a crockpot to cook dry beans. You could have just made it on the stove and it would have come out much better and within 30 mins because the beans were cooked all you had to do was boil everything.

If it's too liquidy, try a tablespoon of corn starch and a tablespoon of cold water. Mix the corn starch and cold water together first and slowly add it to the soup, it'll make it thicker without you having to add more beans!
