I’m reserving judgement until she’s released and I pull her so I can play her myself. That said, Hoyo will be making a huge mistake if Miyabi is underwhelming. The first void hunter they release needs to be exceptional. It would make no sense to nerf Miyabi until she performs on par or worse than previous characters and those of you who are content with that possibility are in the minority.

Me too. Though this vid has some credibility, it's still and always will be considered as a leak. Hoyo never confirmed and advertised Miyabi's kit yet so I'm just going to wait and test it out myself. And that's 100% true about hoyo making Miyabi lacking is going to be their huge mistake but I doubt that's the case. From the very beginning, every limited agent got nerfed before release and look at them now esp Caesar, Jane and Yanagi they're all monsters in the game. My honest thoughts about Miyabi being nerf this much was she's way too powerful and hoyo can't just release a damn crazy broken agent bc she's so hyped, the most awaited agent and the first VH that will be playable in the game. Hoyo knows that they should still balance her well close enough to the current most powerful agent we have now. This was my take but then again this is just me. We have different takes about this matter after all.

I just want her to be my main carry, I’ll be pretty disappointed if she’s heavily built around burst. Yanagi’s play style is GOATed I just want Miyabi to be my main on field DPS. But it seems like compared to Yanagi the chief will be getting less on field time

Honestly as long as your running a 3rd anomaly like burnice or nicole, you should be ok. Miyabi will throw up her frost dot, burnice will immediately disorder with burn, followed by 2nd/3rd+ disorders by yanagi. Should easily be enough to charge miyabi.

The biggest nerf to Miyabi for me was that her Additional Ability requires a Support Agent instead of Anomaly. I imagine the Burnice / Lighter / Miyabi team comp was disgustingly OP they had to change it 🤣

An issue with grace i can see is the support has to be rina to gain all the value from each character since miyabi needs a support grace needs same type. And then the issue with that is how well does miyabi scale with pen ratio unlike yanagi or grace she has no inherent pen in her kit.

You can play Piper with her as long as you wait for Burnice or Yanagi, I highly recommend being patient for now and stick with Miyabi Piper until they release Burnice or Yanagi

@@Seazle7 AM P6 you mean, it is still as important as it was before. I don’t think using anything other than AM is going to be worth it because your build up will take more time and it won’t work with Drive Disk Set, unless you have 115AM it won’t work at all.

In all honesty this is a choice for you, I can’t decide something like that. If you feel like Ellen is going to be a great choice for you and your comfort go for her. If you feel like Miyabi is then go for her, if non of them make you feel like that ignore and wait for someone

You start with miyabi, apply her debuff. Scorch/burn/1st disorder with burnice, yanagi parry swap/ex special/basic until shock disorder. Finish with miyabi.

I actually only downloaded the game because I was interested in Lighter and Miyabi, so for me the support/anomaly swap was foul. No interest in Yanagi and I wasn't playing during Burnice's banner anyway. It's really a bummer for me 😅

IDK man this seems like a bunch of crit agent coping math. Ellen is already vastly out of their depth in comparison to Zhu yaun. Even Ellen at M6 can barely compete with Yanagi at M0. At m6 Yanagi could do multiple laps around ellen to the point it makes the character look like corin. That's how vastly outclassed crit agents are in the long term. In the short term, F2P should either skip miyabi entirely or pull if they got the character on a garuntee with low pull investment. If you got Yanagi even without their W-engine, congrats! You can play a f2p cope build until 2.0, maybe there will be an upcoming ether alternative. In the meantime, enjoy Yanagi+Seth or Yanagi+piper+ceaser
