Your license is suspended immediately in Ohio.. the only way you can drive is with an SR-22 Bond from your car insurance (which is expensive), and the judge has to sign off agreeing, if you have to be able to get to work and back (your employer has to fill out paperwork for the judge), grocery store, Dr appointment etc… and it’s set at certain times so if you drive outside those specific times, you get arrested

Falsely accusing someone of rape should be a criminal offense. This shit has to end. It is not okay.
@redbaron075 ай бұрын
But the excuse that prosecutors make (after feminist-led "training") is that "prosecuting false accusers will dissuade the real victims from coming forward." Which is nonsense because both crimes (assault, and false report of assault) still have to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. If someone down the street sets fire to their house for insurance fraud, I am still going to call the fire department if _my_ house is on fire.

There is. For example: The type of false statement, description and penalties for the State of PA are: 1. Perjury Making a false statement under oath in an official proceeding is a Felony of the third degree in Pennsylvania. 2. Making false statements Knowingly making false statements or concealing information in a matter within the jurisdiction of the federal government can get you up to five years in federal prison, or up to eight years with certain enhancements. 3. Unsworn falsification to authorities Making a written false statement to a public servant with the intent to mislead them is a Misdemeanor of the second degree, plus a fine of at least $1,000. 4. False reports to law enforcement Falsely incriminating someone or reporting an incident to the police that never happened is a Misdemeanor of the second degree, plus years in prison and heavy fines.

Any additional offense of False Reporting of Rap~- Automatic 5yrs in jail, $5,000. Fine (50% to state, 50% Education/children/victims). Offense, not to be reduced. Offense, shall not be available for a plea deal or lesser Sentence or charge. **Guaranteed people would stop making false claims. Nothing will change until their is an actual consequence for the action. States must start following through. Stop being afraid to charge people. Well done Lexi!!!! Awesome!!!! You are now famous!!!! Your family, friends, boss and co-workers must be so proud!!! You truly earned this moment. Better yet this is something you could share on TV with your kid!!! Good wholesome family fun!!!!

Whats up with this comment? Is it enjoyable, knowing that someone's worst moment is going to be on youtube forever? It makes me feel bad for them, knowing that people change but that this could follow them afterwards Obviously she was acting like a douchebag, but she's a 20 year old alcoholic. Thats part of the job description. Chances are she manages the binge drinking for the sake of her kids. People do it all the time. I dont think its fun to take a person's worst moment and joyously parade it against them but thats just me

I‘ m very impressed how polite, respectful and cool the Midwest cops a4e, not sure how the police in Austria would act in the same situation, but I have no reverence material for a judgement!

She didn't, but in that state of mind she wouldn't even notice or care if she did. All it needs is someone walking on the sidewalk as she was just off-roading, ran into a tree and was like "no". This tells a lot about her current mental state.

it wont. Because she was drunk.. she basically has drunk immunity on stuff she says because no police officer would take her statements seriously. She would have to sober up, press charges and THEN it would be False Reporting of a Crime.. harsh misdemeanor but HELL on your record!

"You just crashed your car into a tree!" "No," she said, looking straight at the tree about half a meter from her face that was jamming her door shut. 🙄 Stay thirsty, my friend. And if you get too thirsty, drink water, coffee, Dr Pepper, anything but alcohol. Especially if you've got a legit reason for having a baby seat in your car.
