The cop said she had EIGHT prior arrests for dui. That is criminal, and I don't just mean her. The "justice system" that allows someone with that many arrests to still be on the streets is horrible. Anyone who has repeatedly demonstrated that they don't give a damn about dui laws, should be put in prison. It shouldn't take EIGHT times for that to happen. Every prosecutor and judge who were part of letting her stay out of jail should be fired. They put countless lives in danger because of their leniency.

My fiancé is a firefighter/EMT and he had a call one night where a lady was speeding around a curve and flipped her car multiple times and luckily ended up on all 4 tires. When my fiancé and cops and everyone else showed up the lady was standing outside the car with no scratch on her at all. As they were going through the car they saw a dog sitting in the seat he was perfectly fine but they had no idea there was a dog in the car the lady said nothing about the dog. As they get the dog out that’s when the lady stated that was her dog and she was a “service” dog the officer said the same you left the dog and wasn’t worried about it when you wrecked. It was the sweetest dog ever it was a standard poodle he was beautiful. The dog in fact wasn’t a service dog and animal control took the dog from her and that dog was adopted by one of the firefighters so we see the dog regularly.

But too many people from Federal, State and Local Taxes all the way down to the Police, Court, Prosecutor and Judge all make money on people like her being "Out of Jail!" She can't drink in jail killing the Tax Base. If she"isn't" out on the street getting in trouble and paying fines to get back out of jail the local Cops, Courts and Lawyers go broke. That is why you can't keep these people in jail. They create money for the system from the top down. If you didn't have people that smoked, drank and shoot guns you wouldn't need the ATF. Do you think those guys want to achieve complete Law and Order then lose their jobs? NO! They (just like everybody else) wants everything just screwed up enough to keep them in business. @STV-H4H

It’s every state. Most states require licenses be suspended even on a first. 90day. Probation, a diversion program if they want to keep their record clean. After a year of admitting they may have a problem at the court required AA meetings, maybe a 7 week , one hour weekly alcohol and drug awareness program, it’s reinstated with maybe even community service hours. One do over. I had that when I got my first. On my 21st birthday. The second one a few years later and I was given an outpatient treatment and 2yrs probation. I met new drinking buddies who always drive, my license was suspended, to the nearest 7-11 or Am/Pm for rations. Beer. Immediately following every weekly session. Sometimes even on our way to an Aa meeting. That was decades ago. Stopped that crap by ‘96 or so. Long long eventful extended youthfulness. 17 till about 28 I confess. I eventually did accept my drinking situation. The most DWIs at that time I’d heard about was usually 5. Living in Wisconsin the last 23 yrs I’m learning their are real committed pros out there with well over 5, and somehow still not locked in a keyless cage.

And to whoever wrote the script for the narration, a big “eff u” goes to him/her, for what was said at the very end of this vid! Advocating to raise the price of alcohol via “morality tax,” as if it isn’t already expensive enough?!! Instant 👎🏻 from me for that nonsense! Just because there are some people who are irresponsible/abuse it, the rest of us who don’t fall in that category shouldn’t be made to not be able to afford it! It’s like the guy is praising how much inflation is already doing us in, and saying “well alcohol could and *SHOULD* be more expensive too, like everything else!” What a shitty thing to close out the video with.

They remind me of the illustrations from the novel series, “A Series of Unfortunate Events.” Even if you don’t feel like replying, no problem. I just wanted to be sure to compliment you for your name choice - and to thank you for the unexpected gigglin’, gyring’ ‘n gimblin’. 😵‍💫 May the borogoves behave themselves, ‘neath the Tum Tum tree. 😎 Edit: Spelling of illustrator’s surname

She keeps yelling "I will! I will!" to the commands then immediately yells "NO! NO!". These cops are so patient.

How many DUI's do you have to rack up before no company will insure you, or your privilege to driving on a road where there are other vehicles is permanently removed? (This is a serious question).

I don't think she even asked about the people she hit. What a chaos she created!!! I hope the real victims recover soon. Thanks to the officers and fire department.

@kast...she didn't ask about the people she hit, because she didn't give a damn about the people she hit, or the innocent dog she abandoned in order to hijack an innocent person's car! Stuff her in prison where she belongs..hijacking is the same as kidnapping.
