The USA waste management system is a multi billion dollar business. This Lady is very smart. She definitely will reach higher heights with doing this. I been driving trucks for years. Nigerians rightly believe in themselves and their country. The rest of Africa needs to learn a lot from them. Another good thing about them is that they do not falsely raise their ego. Pay in the US is dependent on region. 150k probably in the east coast. But rent is up to 2500 per month. Same as Cali, Texas is in between. So you are still running cycles if you are dependent on salary. This is a billion naira/dollar industry. That will take care of there generation for the rest of their lives. I am investing and timing myself. Doing my studies and understanding strategies to mitigate challenges before I leave this deep freezer for good. It is not easy but doable.

Thank you, my sister, for expressing this brilliant thought: yes, we have power, and it is unfortunate that we are somehow blind to what is ours, and have our eyes wide open to what belongs to others. This narrative needs to be changed. Please, Wode Maya: salute this beautiful, brave and inspiring family on our behalf.

Thanks for sharing Wode. Gone are the days when travelling to the US, UK and all these other 'first world countries' to live forever was something to yearn for. Everything thing can be found in Africa. The norm now is to travel, study to acquire a direction in life; then come back to Africa and set something up.
