I had to interrupt the video to make this comment: she talks about the two weeks were she was ,binge, watching the videos of food she was craving and how these two weeks she felt like her healing journey stopped. It’s SUCH an important point. That’s why Christ says: the sin is in our heart . It’s never on the outside. That’s why we should ,gouge out, the eyes, close our ears, shouldn’t think about the other woman/ man because otherwise we already commit adultery. We already cheat when thinking engaging thoughts of the wrong food. LOVE the video. Faith is amazing and you too 💜💚💜. Now to the video again 😅

When she said she didn’t want to sound egotistical, she didn’t at all. This is where I believe society has failed us in making us believe that it’s “egotistical” to think about ourself. We are the only person we have real control over is our body, and we have to live in this body till we die.

@@TurtlePlantWhat someone else goes through and how they get through it and overcame it does not negate the trauma that another person goes through be it more or less severe or frequent than another person. Romans 9:11,15-18 11 (For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth;) 15 For he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion. 16 So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy. 17 For the scripture saith unto Pharaoh, Even for this same purpose have I raised thee up, that I might shew my power in thee, and that my name might be declared throughout all the earth. 18 Therefore hath he mercy on whom he will have mercy, and whom he will he hardeneth.

I like this girl Faith.. she's amazing and on par with what ive learnt.. the only thing I never do and thats juice fruit.. I know, people say yaye or nay but when you know fruit then you know you need the pulp. the pulp is part of its astringency. I recently found out that the PH Balance comes from the voltage from raw... so eating raw, you get 100% voltage, as its heated or processed this voltage decreases tremendously.. this is why people on cooked foods stay alive but live sick with ailments, inflammation... bloating as soon as you begin and the next week will happen because the waste is getting hydrated for elimination.. its a process. so one day you could feel heavy then the next after elimination, you will feel lighter.. give it a chance and im sorry but to eliminate years of waste will not be removed in 3 days.. if it does, you will feel terrible..

This was great to listen to and inspired me to get back on track. However, getting your period is normal and we should be detoxing monthly(shedding uterine lining). We shouldnt be having pain and terrible cramps but a woman should get a period. Shes new to detoxing and not having healthy fats so her body may be lacking there but we should definitely be getting a period. Im sure she will continue adding to her diet and her period will resume. Dont want women thinking something is wrong with having a period. Perfectly normal ❤

When she talks about trauma, i believe her. Trauma takes over our lives so mich that we don't realise. The waybwe grow up and our environment has more to add also. I kade that decision 22 days ago and the healing and confronting your traumas together with food lifestyle is magical. I've always heard people talk about how your spirituality changes just from the healing by eating right. Your dreams also becomes clearer in a scary way. I'm having challenges, right now, but not having sugar, teas and starch is mind blowing because I love tea. So I'm intending to go all out for another 70days. My target is 90days then do vegan. I'm glad I came across this video. The downside is in My country fruits and vegetables are the most expensive.

Have you ever interviewed Loren Lockman? This man is a wealth of knowledge. He is the only person I would choose to water fast with when the time comes for me. I agree with him 100% that Our body is a self healing organism. We have to be willing to get out of the way, that includes every single thing we put into it. I hear a lot of talk about fasting in your interviews and it could be demystified this way. To me, dry fasting makes zero sense. We are, what is it, 99 some percent molecularly water, so then where is the water coming from that we need to survive? Loren has worked with many dry fasting clients and his research has found they are the most dehydrated group. I wonder if this girl would be willing to fast with him. It would be interesting to see her dehydration levels since she stated she did a 6 day dry fast. Thanks for your content!

I quit having a period age 50 and zero menopause and i have zero gray hair at 55...periods are really abnormal if more than a small amount of blood because all you really should be doing is shedding the uterine lining....more blood indicates the body needs to detox...and it uses this as its outlet to dump dead blood cells etc...

I did 31 days grape fast in October to start my Raw food journey. It was the best thing I've ever done! It had so much energy Just like Faith says. And when I had a few detox some dumb days I laid low and let the body heal and then felt better and better after! I cannot wait to go on my next one! I also did some grapes with seeds and some without. I did it in October And even made it through Halloween 😂candy. grapes were on sale it was amazing! It was simple. No cutting no prep work other than rinsing the grapes. Just grab and go. I absolutely loved juicing a small batch of them a couple times a week just so I could start with grape juice first thing in the morning. My second favorite thing was taking grapes throwing them in a blender with some cilantro and lemon and walking out the door! Talk about astringent! I lost 11lbs Right off the bat and then I plateaued and didn't lose anything more the last 10 days! It was amazing! This was so much fun to listen to! I'm 125lbs;) 5'6 and still have waist to move(I have so much stagnation in my sinuses (stuffy ears and nose for years) So I know the gut has lots of work yet! Going to do a juice cleanse with Shane in February 🙌🙌🙌🔥💪 I LOVED grapes.. and anytime I felt sick of them (maybe just once or twice) I took the opportunity to water fast for the day and by the evening I was hungry for grapes again. I told myself if I was not "grapeful" for my grapes I would water fast till I was! I wish I had not stopped when I did but I had my birthday coming up and Thanksgiving in the same week and I mentally could not get over the hurdle of not eating different food (I made raw gourmet dehydrated meals for my birthday and Thanksgiving meals). I think I'm going to go and do another grape fast when I see grapes are on sale again!
