I have been high raw vegan for the last 2 years, and plantbased for 5 years. It has transformed my life. I have lost over 130 pounds, reversed my heart disease, fatty liver disease, arthritis, fibroids and the list goes on. My body has literally healed itself, and i feel amazing.

I’ve been vegan for 6 years now and tried eating mainly raw for a year working at a raw vegan restaurant and noticed a huge difference! Ironically I was the only one eating mainly raw at the restaurant and I noticed I had so much energy compared to others! Since leaving the restaurant I started eating cooked foods again and like you guys said I also noticed a difference in feeling more tired and sluggish, but since seeing you guys on KZbin and instagram more it’s inspired me a lot to go raw again so thank you! Happy New Year! 🌈🙌

Thanks so much for this! Thoroughly enjoyed learning from you both on KZbin and I always get some new bits of information;) I'm currently celebrating 75 days 100% raw and could not have done it without the support of a Raw friend (Misty Marley). I tried for 2 years on and off being raw for 30 days at a time but going back to cooked food and feeling like a failure. I started this 75 days with a 30-day grape fast which was amazing and just what I needed to kick the gut bugs to the curb! When I made it today 50 I knew I only wanted to go forward (no more messing around). Wahoo joing Shane's group soon! ✌️✨😘❤️

Thank you both for your dedication to the motivation you give all of us . I've done a 90 day raw but I went back to cooked foods and occasionally ate crap. gosh, Gillian, you ask all the great questions. And Shane hit on all the concerns I go through. I have read a lot on nutrition and I know the science of it. But what gets me are social situations, controlling my insulin levels, fearing sugar in fruit, gaining weight as a 55 year old menopausal female that has 30 lbs to lose already. I have always loved food and have many beautiful cookbooks but I always come back to the idea of raw food. I have such struggles in my mind- I often try to convince others but I know I have to just convince myself. I need to put my blinders on and just go.

I’ll answer the question about why we feel better eating raw. It’s because the living produce comes from nature. Nature does not have thoughts. The produce is high vibrational with no identification with thoughts. We put that in our body and our form starts to vibrate at the same level which tends to decrease the amount of thought forms attracted to our psyche. Second, the consciousness which resides in the center of our body is no longer subdued or caught up in digestion but instead can filters into creativity, energy and even clear thought if needed. Consciousness is another word for energy. It can manifest as physical energy. And the combo between eating nature and the consciousness coming through more clearly helps in the release of old emotional accumulation such as anger and depression are released faster and easier as opposed to years of therapy.

@drsimonvg Жыл бұрын
I can testify! ❤ I used to work as a cleaner. I got a hermiated disk. Numbness in my right leg and foot. I had back pain ever minute of my day. Could sleep. Smoked alot of herb to deal whit it. Paid alot of monney on fysical therapy, but it didn't help. Found John rose (what a legend) on bitchute. Found him when lookong into the whole "those who call them selfs gods chosen ppl". Anyway He made alot of sense. Bougt my self a juicer, i got no job a the time and 400 euro unemployment monney. Long story short. Now I am 4 months in the Alps skiing and snowboarding, no problem! ❤🎉! All becouse I belived i was not meant to end up whit a broken back at 26. ❤ And juicing for 28 days started my whole yourney. But I can tell you I sufferd alot. Having a broken back for me was a result of a serious pain/ace caused by inflamation in my gut. I compensated by using my back out of alingment and on top not using my core-musses (unconciously) to avoid the pain in my intenstents. Anyway I (my body) healed my back and my disc's you can absolutely too!!! All you need is faith! Realy, say your thanks an praises! He will guide you. Start by eating as God has intented for his childeren! And your body and back inc. will be healed! But you realy need too wand it for real and have the right faith because it will take time and you will have to push tru that hard times when they come. But you 100% absolutely do it! Best of luck! Bessed love to you from the Frech/Swiss Alps! ❤❤❤

Hi Gillian, Do you think there is any credibility to the argument about thermal effect of raw foods? There are some views that are steming from chinesse modalities stating that long term consumption of raw plants leads to negative energetic effects withing the bodys thermal system and the digestion will weaken over time and that could shorten the lifespan because the body needs to constantly fight a little extra to stay warm. I would appreciate every anwser from experienced raw foodists here so feel free to share your understandings! Cheers

I had heard of this from another long-term raw foodist, and this is the answer I received. This is the list for raw warming foods in Chinese medicine.
