@@kaheaisaac1 Yeah you see all the makeup she has on for the role? That was intentional, and her choice to go really big on the makeup. She also performed it more mature for the character, which was meant to be in her late 20s, and gave the character a more uppity and desperate personality alongside the accent, which also makes the character come off as older and more humorously unpleasant but also pitiful. She talked about that in interviews.

You are right. She was playing the not likeable character so it fits 😂 fact is when you are unhappy and complaining you sometimes just want to be unhappy and suffering and not hear a happy story from someone else. Had this mood a couple of time where my collegue was gushing how happy she was while I had a headache and didn't want to hear it more than once. Sure I was less rude but it's still an everyday situation.

I hated Nate and wondered why Andy stayed with him. He had major red flags and he was a massive gaslighter. The only thing I didn't like about the movie was when Andy left runway in the end. She should have stayed there and make a big career out of it.

Liked how this film ended..The sniffing- Flu girl Emily really was into advancing at the fashion Magazine. The other girl Andie knew it was a stepping stone Job to bigger and better things for her...Andie just wanted to add some variety to her Resume..It was great she gave Emily all those Clothes...Everything she got from the wardrobe guy and all the stuff she got from Paris.. Emily and Andie could have been a interesting pair of friends..
