I feel your situation guys. I was in similar situation before. My scholarship ended but I hadn't finished my study yet and didn't have financial support. So I had to fly back home to Indonesia. However, My husband (still boyfriend at that time) submitted the documents to guarantee my stay and support financially. Some people here suggest you to get married. Well, it's not that easy, right? for civil marriage you need to proceed some documents that you need to do in Indonesia and Alicia's sponsor has to be her partner. That's more complicated. Also, Visa type D for sweetheart visa holders are not allowed to get married while visiting their partners in EU (that's what I know in Belgium but I am not sure for Austria). I do really hope Alicia can extend her visa, then, she can apply to study master. If she gets enrolment, her stay will be easier. Stefan's parents can still sponsor her or switch to Stefan as a sponsor when he is eligible to become a sponsor. All the best guys

It's so stressing, i know that feeling. We're Indonesian🇮🇩-Chilean🇨🇱 Couple. I move to Chile following my husband. And when i were applying my temporary visa, I have to wait for 3 months and my visa actually expired in the processing time. So while waiting the process i dont have permission to stay. I know how it felt, because before I got my spouse visa, even though everything working great, but rules are still rules for the immigration people, so we had to go when we need to as we dont want to have any problems with the immigration or it will make it harder to get next visa IF we got blacklist. Idk how’s Austria’s rules regarding your issue, but as an Indonesian who’s married to an American, currently living in Greece, and had dealt with this process, unless you both married, I don’t think they’ll approve your request. Yes getting married maybe is the most easiest way out now. Buuut.. don’t do that if you both are not ready yet! I know you’ve heard this a lot, but marriage is not easy, it takes lots of work, let alone as a mix marriage couple. Anyway, you do you. Don’t listen to others. I think having another ‘long distance relationship’ once again won’t be difficult. Esp if it’s for a long term goal. Best of luck.

Coba email terus apakah ada kebijakan selama nunggu result/kontak solicitor imigrasi mungkin/coba browsing law nya. Kan krn sdh bayar perpanjangan visa dan sdh submit on time berbulan2 lalu, maksudnya krn covid mungkin mereka butuh wkt lebih lama untuk proses (dan bukan krn kelalaian kita telat apply). Kl di UK, status imigrasi aman kalau lagi nunggu hasil perpanjangan, walaupun current visa sdh expired. Semoga mirip2 UK ya kebijakannya, jd ga perlu balik Indonesia

i guess Alicia needs to faster apply for your masters degree since you will get student visa, with that and you can stay in Austria during your study period there. if you get the letter of offer from the university already, probably it will be easier to get a temporary visa to bridge the remaining time until the enrolment day. best wishes for you both. i hope Alicia will be approved for the type D visa.

Alic, kalau kaka baru sampai di Jerman bulan Desember dan mengajukan visanya cuma untuk 3 bulan tinggal aja, jadi bulan Maret harus balik ke Indonesia. tapi pas lihat paspor, dan Kaka tidak menyangka visa berlaku untuk 1 tahun. jadi gimana tuh Alic apakah Kaka masih bisa tinggal disini sampai berakhirnya Visa 😀 ? Oh if I'm not wrong, you can enter Indonesia with visa kunjungan for now (60 days). I'm not sure sih if stevan eligible or not but you can try that. I know it's tough, especially with corona thing. Cheer up!

That’s true, a marriage would simplify matters! Actually, I am not the owner of the airplane, we just rent it every once in a while and I am consequently putting money aside for my hobby. I don’t own the cars we drive in some videos but I am lucky to have parents that lend me theirs ☺️
