brakes are smoking because the e brake cable is seized, very common on all vw especially mk 1 ,2, 3 crawl under and pull it back on the cable where it attaches to the caliper, unless u replace it it will stay on every time you pull on the hand break, the cables get beat up where they curve before the tires, letting in water, its metal lined coated with plastic...... it rusts then the cable wont move, sometimes can be freed up by penetration oil and some twisting, possible caliper failure might be at fault to since your running mk 3 hubs n brakes, i've had that happen

For the front seat belts for the top one, don’t push in the emergency release button when you put them in and usually they take some finesse. Unless they are completely broken. Some people just leave them in cause that’s what they were designed to do but they get annoying sometimes ahah. nice car though! Also a common problem with the vr6 is the cooling system I would recommend doing a full cooling system refresh, water pump, water pipe, thermostat housing, etc. nice video man!

Máté yeah and golf carts people use them for no blind spots and the meres move individually so you can get the angles when doing tandems
