Agree its biggest issue for all 3 arena modes. If they make it so you cant place champs untill that last part right before crystal i think we would see alot more heroes and setups being used. Right now if u are not killing stuff right as it comes out you are losing

I think rather than nerfing her, she can stay the pinnacle unit for this map. Moonton needs to add more map variety to make different units viable. I actually think it’s pretty cool that shes viable with this specific setup. This is not a bad thing. She is an endgame chase unit and all we need is moonton to keep the game fresh with variety and add new strong units decently. Shes not an overall op unit that’s auto equip in every mode. Praetus was and hes still here. Silas is legit viable everywhere and people are fine with him. Would be super down to talk about it in fastis podcast.

Fun. ☠ I got Iovar on the Ingrid banner. Amazing, very fun hero! So now I can sit on the sideline with my shiny new toy in AA. In AoE I finished in Apex 6 times in a row with my Nightmare team (0 diamond spent). So that was a fun run. They should be million times more careful before releasing broken nonsense like her. Immediately with a banner too... I'm never commenting things like this, but they're just gambling with the game's future. On day 1 it already felt a lot (!) worse than the Boreas fiasco. It's a bigger issue than her, or Arena, or GvG. This situation makes me worry about WoR.

They wont nerf her, but now the powercreep race has begun. That mayb can ruin the game. Moonton has too be extremly carefull on how will they handle the issue (but Im amazed on how easy they do the EXACT same mistake just 4-5 months after boreas issue and the lack of testing with lucius issue a month ago). The situation is: IF you are a low spender and they keep launching this kind of heroes to rebalance the meta you wont be able to keep up and maybe quit anyways. If you are a whale or Kraken and you dont pull one of this stomp heroes you can lose your cool and maybe wanna quit. I think they should consider changing the pvp mechanics. Add some periodic buffs or nerfs to factions/ damage types. Nothing permanent. Maybe keep it on a monthly basis. For arena they mayb should add some creeps that can cast buffs or debuffs on units. And mayb extend the number of rounds so the rng has less impact on the odds of wining or losing. Its a delicate matter.

I agree with a lot of this comment, the real power creep game has begun. And instead of lords being really good for their lord skill, they are now the biggest damage dealers. Unlike before when normal hero’s like Silas were the most important. This makes the game significantly more PTW. I really hope they can ride the line better after this.

@@Mhepac85 it is inevitable while they do make gotchas so that if you are FTP you can technically play the game but its always and forever going to be about the bottom dollar. Look at Raid they really don't care about what the people want and it still going strong. We will always and forever have the left and the right and no one will ever be happy regardless of what they do. One side will lose. I enjoy the game even with powerful champions it makes it interesting to see how someone can dethrone those who are destroying arena with the new power couple. In the end it is a game and everyone enjoys different aspects with in it.

The problem with arena is units that have unlimited range and the ability to spawn kill. There is absolutely no way to compete against those heroes.

Going from 1 lane aoe to 3 lane aoe unlimited is rediculous. Khamet needs a3 to extend his range only during ultimate. Same for boreas. Big difference

@@JAndGio That’s actually a problem. They have no disadvantages and deal too much damage. Praetus was already enough and now Ingrid? Just came back from getting my butt kicked by Ingrid in Plat 3. I had higher bp but he had better champs and was even using Lucius (which I was happy as Lucius is being looked down upon) and the Ingrid was just straight up oneshotting everything. Any mob that passed would get destroyed by Boreas. It was hell They literally oneshot the wave 7 before my Razaak could use his ult, like wth 😅

Ingrid is basically Boreas 2.0 except even stronger. They clearly didn't learn. It's even worse because she's an ancient exclusive lord who people spend thousands to get. If they don't nerf her, arena is screwed. If they do. Everyone is pissed beyond belief. It will make the Boreas nerf uproar look like a teaparty. I don't have her, but I would really feel for everyone who does if she gets the nerf hammer. You'd have thought they would've learned from boreas. ETA: I don't have her, but I don't think nerfing is the right answer. We need OP heroes to chase. It's what makes gacha fun.

Sorry but how exactlly do you think arena can change without nerding her? Take it like this even if they change the tiles and make us not kill enemys in spawn, she still is the best tile unit atm. She deals single target dmg as aoe has bigger range then any archer in the game, can be used in Preteus team where lord power compensates any missed enemy if any. There is not a single archer in the game atm that can outdamage her in anti air arena which is just dumb as hell both balance wise and in a rock paper scisors dmg types. She is the second coming of Boreas, he did the same thing as her just weaker at single arena yet dominated the rest which made his nerf justifiable. Also the excuse ohh she costed me money to get that is a problem for that person. We are all adults and should decide how much we want to spend on a game. That is no excuse to destroy game health normaly its downfall of all common gacha games today. This isn't just Ingrid mind you. Right now Valderon, Preteus, Lugaru, Ardea and some others are just overtuned and opressive as hell in arena and changing arena to not spawn killing will not change the fact that said heroes are still way to opressive. Nerfs and buffs are needed in order to make the power paly balanced and keeping the games health but leaving heroes with way too opressive kits or mechanics unchanged just because people want a cheating and exploiting way of winning is not the way to keep a game running for years to come.

She ruins pvp overall,. Arena and guild wars. at low ranks if you face her you dont have the bp or demon levels. Only with an endgame account you can beat a low tier team (wich will never happen). The hero makes the requirements to build an unbreakable comp waaay too easy in pvp. In CK seems kindaish legit (just on the limit, you can see some gaps)... but on tower defenses theres no way to beat em.
