Dave Myers, the director, directed countless classic 90s hip hop videos. This video pays homage to many of them…this was her recognizing the influence great 90s hip hop musically and visually. The instrumentation reminds me of Digable Planets “Rebirth of Slick”.

I think her driving in the wing side is because of mirror image reverses it. I could be wrong. But it's like Ren's Power video where it makes it look like the US, but only because the mirror reverses it. I am obsessed with Little Simz. Ren turned me onto her when he played this during one of his live streams! Hope you do Venom next if you haven't already!
