Seeing my mother at the end of her life... alone depressed and alcoholic after years of discarding all the men in her life shows where most modern women will end up. She was 9 or 10 on the SMV scale when younger. Story time, here I was with a girl for two years , she always told me how she would never leave me and we would marry and that she never loved any man like she loves me yada yada, during the ending phase of our relationship I became stagnant, I became less concerned about my physical looks and never worked on it because I thought that she was enough for me and if she loved me the way I was that was enough for me, mean while she started doing yoga and eating healthy to maintain her physique all of a sudden and I supported her. Long story short she cheated on me and just discarded me like I was something she got bored of playing with. I've been red pill ever since and been working on myself. Never expecting anything from any relationship ever again, just gonna enjoy the ride while it lasts.

Similar thing happened to me although I never fell out of shape, fitness is always something I was improving on tho I got a bit relaxed in the relationship or you could say it got normal, although no matter what I did there was always something that she wanted to improve, she wanted to move in and she did, was happy for about five minutes, she wanted a dog she got that, was happy for five minutes, she wanted to get married, I proposed when she wanted to brake it off, wasn't good enough. Long story short she left me for a guy she works with (it was a new job for her). I took the dog and left her the house we were renting. She now posts pictures of her, her new guy and his dogs! Hey Richard. I do like these shorter videos. My attention span is usually 5...8...maybe 12 minutes. I can get the knowledge presented then if need be play again hours later to make it " really stick ." The longer ones, well we're harder to concentrate on. I know a guy. Blue collar worker. He worked 3 jobs to put his wife through real estate school. Once she got her realtor license, she got a job as a realtor. Not long ago I was at a party, and there was a tarot card reader there. She read my fortune, and told me that in the future I would be dating multiple women, but the first girls I would be dating it wouldn't necessarily last. I was still blue pilled and I was thinking, "oh damn, but I just want to meet the " one" without messing around a bunch". But she said, that when you are trying to find someone to make it last, it won't work.
