Just celebrated 30 years of continuous sobriety, and being a part of the fellowship has been the greatest adventure of my life! "To watch people recover, to see them help others, to watch loneliness vanish, to see a fellowship grow up about you, to have a host of friends"..."THIS IS AN EXPERIENCE YOU MUST NOT MISS"! ✌❤ Mark

I have tried getting sober many times. Trying again now. I loved drinking and couldn't see life any other way. I was a punk rock musician living in a bar apartment. I loved nightlife to death. Everything changed after i became medically allergic to beer . True story. After that i got sicker and sicker until i wanted to sober up. Life on life's terms. Not life without limits. That's my mantra now. Im glad you sobered up too .

What is the difference between sobriety and recovery?

I am curious as to why the sober houses are just for men. Having more than one too, opens up a opportunity to help women who also could use these services.
