We've introduced a few toys since she entered menopause and we both seemed to lose some pep when we both had Covid. I have to admit I was dubious at first and saw it as a bit of an insult to my masculinity and prowess, but you soon get over that. Try medical-grade stainless steel toys. Not joking, they exist and are often highly rated (albeit expensive). See, for instance, the njoy Pure Wand or Lovehoney's Desire Luxury Beaded Stainless Steel Dildo. Use them, then clean them with bleach diluted with water or boil them to sterilize them when done. Hm, I think my reply got filtered out, possibly because I recommended brands or used forbidden words. Anyhow, my suggestion was that you look into medical-grade stainless steel toys. I've seen some that are highly rated, albeit pricey. They are also, however, very durable. Moreover, cleaning them is a breeze: toy cleaners, water-bleach solution, or boiling water would all work. Heck, I'm pretty sure that you could even sterilize them in the dishwasher provided you secure them on the rack, use a non-abrasive cleaner, and not have other objects banging up against them.

As a caveat, I agree that it can be a great “treat” and the only problem I would have is if she suddenly can’t/won’t do it without it, or chooses the toy over the man.
