She Was All of Light

In describing Our Lady as she appeared in Fatima, Lucia mentioned various details to Fr. McGlynn, OP. The Lady wore two visible garments: a simple tunic and a long veil, or mantle. The tunic had no collar or cuffs, and was drawn in around the waist although there was no visible sash. Both tunic and mantle were two separate “waves of light,” one on top of the other. Both were white in color. There was a line of gold on the mantle like a thin thread, “a ray of sunlight all around the mantle.” Fr. McGlynn asked, “Was Our Lady’s flesh the color of flesh or of light?”-“Flesh colored light,” Lucia replied, “light which took on the color of flesh. She was all of light. The light had various tones, yellow and white and various other colors. It was more intense and less intense. It was by the different tones and by the differences of intensity that one saw what was hand and what was mantle and what was face and what was tunic.” Oh what wondrous things God has planned for those who love Him… for those who hate sin and refuse to give it a place in their mortal bodies so that God will grant them glorified bodies along with Our Lord and Our Lady. about 27 to 28 years ago had a dream of our Lady shortly before I woke. In a rapid session, our Lady appeared in Her different titles some I could recognize others I could not. Doing my best to pray the rosary every day as our Lady of Fatima requested.

Peter was the clumsy one who looked down and fell into the water. He was the impetuous one who ran into the tomb without thinking, the one Satan spoke through in the garden, the frightened one who denied Christ three times, etc...Peter represents all our faults and weaknesses and also our potential for salvation despite it all.

John was the disciple Jesus loved. John lived the longest and was the one Christ assigned to behold His Mother. John was the prophet who authored the Book of Revelation. Susan, if Mary made a vow of virginity before the angel and st. Joseph accepted. You think she will change her mind about virginity after jesus is born. Mary was created for Christ from the beginning. We have proofs for our catholic faith. They have eyes but they don't see and they have ears but they don't hear. Do you pray the stations of the cross. Did you remember the ascension day in may. Do you ask for true repentance. Confession is a sign of humility. Do you have only one marriage for life. These are in the bible. Our lord performed his first miracle by the request of Mary. Mary said when she visited st. Elizabeth that all generations shall call her blessed. All in the bible. May God have mercy on us all.
