Liked the idea of using the mower to help blow off the excess buildup on the driveway. Sounds like your work will have a lot of benefits. It will cheer the neighborhood and perhaps relieve some tensions from the heirs. It is also a memorial, to the parents who passed. Clearing the driveway, a large area, recovered a large amount of space. It is nice to hear when neighbors tried to volunteer help. Those are pretty good looking trees there. With your nice finish, that should look well. Under Landscape Archeology, the driveway, walkways, patio were refound. Under Restoration, the tree limbs removed, lawn edged and mowed and the form is back. Good teamwork throughout. And, despite the sun heading down, you didn't back off and did the backyard as well.

Kids fighting over a home when the parents die....always one wants the home for free and the other wants to sell it or have the sibling pay for half. The one child wont pay the other sibling....which is crazy....one always wants everything. But good work like usual on the clean up.

As a results from the “kids” juvenile behavior, the home will crumble with neglect and they both will have nothing. Stupid decisions bring stupid results. Nice going kiddos. Too bad as it looks like a great neighborhood.

We don't all know the back story to this. But I do know this, my father died, then five years later my mother passed away as well. My Mom did not stay with my father's wishes, and she redirected everything. So instead of it being all set and done, it started a fight and I have a brother, and his son that if I ever see again, it would be too soon. They financially abused my parents. And neither one stepped in to help as my parents got older and less able to care for their place. But they were both there with their hands out when it came time to split up the estate. This was not what my father wanted, but my mom changed everything, and it caused a huge riff throughout the family. What my mom did was legal, but it was morally wrong. And she was also chemically out of balance at the end of her life. But the estate wasn't really high enough in value to take it to court. So, it went the way my mom wished, and it's split the family up really good. And left one of my siblings very hurt over it all. She was completely cut out of EVERYTHING. For no reason. I tried to make it right for her, the best I could. But I cannot take away her hurt feelings. Those are forever.

Wow 😳 what a difference you made with this abandoned property. Looks better and for the community ❤️🎉 It's sad that family members fight over thier parents or other family members homes so much. Unfortunately most people don't seem to be able to come up with a plan and work out differences and alot of family homes get destroyed by time/ vandals etc and no maintenance or the bank takes it or city 😢. When it comes to money and material things people lose thier minds and families get torn apart and don't understand the big picture of the situation. Sad for the people that pass away and the family acts foolish and stubborn 🤬. Thanks for your service it's a pleasure watching you and your dad work together and transform these kind's of eyesores or abandoned lot's etc you do it's a blessing for all. Lesson to learn for families do a will it's not hard and you can print one free and complete and pay a small fee to have it notorized. Of course you can have lawyers do it but more expensive . Do your family a favor and these home's and communities.
