@Kitten Lyric There are always signs. Nobody can hide their true selves 100%. The problem is the conditioning society has been under, intentional or not, in the past 60 years to accept the behaviour we would normally and rightfully run far and fast from. The "red flags" have been accepted, excused and normalized for so long that people just accept them or have it in their heads that they can rescue or fix the problem person. People choose not to see it, or when they admittedly see it, they choose to accept it and make excuses for it. There are a number of personality traits that you can see right off that will tell you immediately if you are dealing with a wolf, a predator. Most people can see this upon meeting and will steer clear of it, often not even cognizant that they even read these traits, only knowing they either just did not like the person, immediately distrusted them, or just had a plain old bad feeling about the predator. In turn, there are certain people that are easily susceptible to being preyed upon-"sheep" so to speak- that also have specific personality traits. Most regular people aren't predators, so they don't prey upon those easy targets, the sheep. The predator, on the other hand, well, they're even better at the regular person at reading little personality traits, and they prey upon the people that exhibit these personality traits and they take advantage of them in many terrible ways, violence and murder just being one of the ways. A predator can identify a victim by the victim's walk alone. The personality traits of the "victim" are reacted to differently by regular people, for example this woman in the above video, the murdered woman's friend's story of how she met the murdered woman and how open she was to her and was instantly her best friend. Now put a predator in the place of the friend. Imagine that meeting. See what I mean? The sheep personality is attracted to the wolf and vice versa. In every single one of these incidents, you will have a number of these victims' friends and family stating that they knew the abusive-murdering partner was an issue from the very moment they meet them. Everyone around the victim sees what this monster is immediately upon meeting him and they warm the victim. The victim, for whatever reason, chooses not to see, chooses to excuse, chooses to stay. Family and friends keep trying to help, keep warning, keep telling the victim. The cycle continues. Bottom line- when you meet someone, immediately introduce them to your loved ones and friends, trust them and listen to what they have to say. They love you and they won't steer you wrong. I'm not talking about your ma and dad, Rachel and Morty Sheckelstein don't approve because he's not a doctor or a lawyer, I mean when dad says, "He's polite, he has a good job, but there's just something about the way he looks at you...I don't trust him, honey.", listen to your father. He feels it. This guy may not kill or hurt you, but at the very least, he's going to be controlling, fussy, hard to please, demeaning, verbally abusive, probably cheat... Learn the personality traits of a predator and learn to spot them and stay far away from them no matter how sexy they are or benevolent they may seem. Contact with them can only end in misery. Learn the personality traits of a victim or an enabler and do not exhibit them. Find them in yourself or a loved on and change them. These personality traits attract predators. If you do not exhibit them, predators will not come near you, 100% guaranteed. We can only help ourselves. If you were a victim, you have my empathy. My little sister was murdered by one of these monsters at the age of 16 in 1994, so this subject hits home hard. I've become a survivor's advocate since then and have worked to change potential victims into strong people with no target on them, invisible to predators. It's the only thing that works. If you've been a victim, I hope you are no longer one. Sorry this was so long. I just have much to say on this matter.

NEVER GO SEE A ABUSIVE EX ON YOUR OWN. EVER. I had to go pick stuff up and he said he was 10 hrs away for work. I still went with a group and when we got there the two front cars went through the garage, one of them came out and told us to leave the house immediately. Even with less 'severe' relationships (eg abusive ex friend/roommate/etc) I can tell you to never go alone, even if they have your things, even if you are so so sure they'd never hurt you, please don't go alone/meet them alone. I've seen to many people who were at the very least ready to fly off the handle, and others where people were ready to do severe things, and the only thing really stopping them was there being a "third party"/other people there.

Weak fragile possessive women created them. All my closest friends were “off” in way that I couldn’t describe, but we were Always a duo(different friends at different stages in life) and they all had one thing in common : a strange ass woman they called mom. One was left in a dumpster as an infant. And later adopt by a scary ass woman. One was abandoned by a drug addicted mother, the other is currently living in a one bedroom apt with his mother(his place) and she’s practically his damn wife, the other had a seemingly perfect mom, but It was obvious he was her golden child and could do no wrong. And failed miserably trying to live up to her expectations. They all are womanizers and see women as disposable objects cuz if their love /hate relationship with their mommy.

I left my abusive husband, after threatening me and my teenage daughters, I finally got my shit together and left. I disappeared with my kids. He found me once and made me come home (tracked my bank account). The next day he left for work I changed the locks on a house I owned. he got into my house, poisoned my daughter, raped me, and then somehow that night thought we were back together, i bullshitted him majorly, I rushed my daughter to hospital, I had Police go into my home and remove him. Then moved. This man is still a security officer for the government.

But one of these days, he will pay for murdering my aunt and my family can finally have some closure. #BringKellyRothwellHome

I’m a lucky survivor of domestic violence. I grew up in foster care, I was born with a lot of alcohol in my system (probably y I hate alcohol today) I was taken away at 1 yrs old due to having cigarette burns all over my chest. I went back home at 13. My mom had an abusive husband & he choked me too. Anyway, so I starting dating this guy at 14. I was only looking for a way out of my moms house. The guy lived with his father, but his dad worked from 3 a.m till 10 p.m so, the abuse started almost right away. Now I was stuck in between. The guy was controlling, abusive, he told me he was gonna put me with the fishes. I been through a lot with him. It came to a point where it was DO or DIE. I grabbed a knife & I kept it hidden & the next abuse. I stabbed him. From all the traps I put, I was able to escape. This lil mother fucker was fast like a road runner so I knew at that moment, I needed to outsmart him & be faster than him. Long story. I put him in jail for 12 yrs. he got so many charges including rape, & kidnapping

I emailed my now estranged husband. Mainly because he is a narc and there isn't any reasoning with these types but also for my safety. Once a particular type of person loses that control over you, they can't bear it and will go to extreme lengths to regain it or pay you back with no consideration of consequence. Seems common sense to not do as this poor lady did, but clearly most of us do. Be safe belles.

A little jealousy is not a bad thing. My ex husband, married to me for 22 years, prided himself on his absence of jealousy. It was all fine, since I did have a couple of male friends, but later on he said he wouldn't even care if I slept with other guys. That was the beginning of the end, how important could I be to a guy who said that? So, being a little jealous is normal. It's the over bearing possessiveness and controlling behaviours that aren't.
