Sheamus stopped by a few months ago to get in a DDPY session with Dallas during an episode of Celtic Warrior Workouts and brought along the Fit Family Robinson. Here's what he thought of his first DDPY experience.

@ddp diamond Dallas page. Hi don’t know if you will see this but my mom is in her 70s and want to get her exercising but everything is so difficult. I don’t want my mom to get injured and don’t know what programs may work for her! Do you think you were a DDP yoga is a good option for my mom?
