Shed Repo Re-Delivery Fail: When Everything Goes Wrong: I Need a New Mule!

Re-Delivering a shed that I repoed a couple of weeks ago.
Customers still have the option to pay up on the building, even after its bin picked up.This was the first time I ever redelivered a repo building back to the same customer.
Turned out to be,not such a great ending to my day.

@@GOBRADON502 Where I live you don't need permission to record even if you are on private property. Especially since he is doing a job and may need it for insurance purposes. If he destroys something on their property and they decide to sue this is so that he has proof. But video also can go against him because it shows the truth. Just like police officers they don't turn their cameras off when they get ones private property you know why because they don't need to.

I hate dealing with people like that, she wasn't nice when you repo it, then has the gull to say karma is a bitch, there would of been daggers flying out of my eyes but what goes around comes around, so just have to bite the tongue now and then. The guy should of came out and offered to take some of his junk out of it to make it easier to move but then that would of been just common sense and helpful, and in todays world there seems to be a lack of that. Good job on getting the mule back up and keeping you cool, says a lot about your character.

For any future repo return deliveries, you need to say shed is to be empty or you will charge extra to empty it out. Or refuse to do it. Not worth risking your equipment or yourself (you were lucky you didn't get hurt with that tip-over).

With both people in the house why didn’t you suggest to unload the shed to get it where it had to go? The karma crap they thought was smart to say just wasn’t necessary as payments were behind and that’s what led to repro.

Almost flipped my mule a couple days ago on a carriage shed with rotten and missing joist that brokeout. I caught it just in time at the balance point customer was watching me till I yelled push! Lol

Great video by the way. Sometimes things don't go as planned. But at least you're safe no one was hurt and he still was able to get most of the job done. Hopefully you're mule works out for you. And it might be a good good idea to put a new motor on the other one and keep it as a spare. In your business without your mule I could see that it would be a hindrance.

Slick 50 is some good stuff. My son-in-law ran a Taurus low on oil until a little know low device kept it from cracking. After replacing the little known low oil device, the starter I thought it was going to come apart. So I added about four quarts of oil and the slick 50 it ran and ran well. So some slick 50 might make the motor sound better. I have used Teflon in a lawn mower and the valves quit making as much sound.

May need to invest ina set of duals for the mule.. Rough areas like that is easy to tip those over.. With duals you have a wider wheel base.. However not as easy to load and haul around unless you ca find some quick attach duals.

I would add a small wench to the mix for flip overs and pulling sheds in muddy conditions with nylon rope a Reese hitch attachment to some key points of the mule.
