See it's people like that, that makes me the way I am. My niece is the same way. 35yo now and still lives like that woman there. 14 years ago, city offered amnesty for those folk who racked up shitloads of parking tickets. Well, she decided she would go in next month after they amnesty ended. She had 30 days to do, but choose to go when she felt like going. Thought she would sweet talk judge. Few hours later she's calling her mom to wake dad who worked graveyard at KCS railcars to come bail her outta jail after he pays her shitload of parking fines. All because she didn't want to be like all other working citizens. Pay your bills, fines and just stop being lazy. But problem is this, she has done this thing all her life, her dad, my brother want let her learn her lesson. Always bailing her out. I told him, you are not helping her, but making her worse.

After watching a number of your videos and seeing the outstanding durability of those sheds, we decided to replace our dilapidated steel shed with a new one like the ones you deliver & repo. But - we went the full purchase route rather than that crazy rent-to-own option. We're very pleased with the quality and workmanship. We did buy a new one - those repos are just too abused to ever consider, and the smells would probably linger for a lifetime. Keep up the good work and keep the videos coming.

When I use to do repos with my dad he charged a contact fee if they made a payment if we hooked up and removed blocks it became a repo fee if they called and had us put it back they also had to pay a delivery fee and re level fee

Actuator broke. Had that happen to my truck recently, Luckily my brother is a mechanic so I just had to pay for the new part so it was a cheap fix. Kinda makes you nervous when it won't go into park.

in a situation like this, you should demand full payment of the shed. stop playing games with these people. otherwise it will be the same shit every month...once they default one time, its a done deal..pay in full only...they should put that in the contract. and charge a $250. repo fee for going out there, and charge $250.to deliver and set back up....time is money...AND CHARGE A FINDERS FEE, MEANING THAT THEY WERE PRETTY SHADY TRYING TO MOVE AND HIDE THE UNIT FROM YOU, AND NOT NOTIFYING YOUR COMPANY. whats going to stop them from doing it again, move it, and paint it a different color. thats what i would have one.......just saying.
