Hey Adler Farms!! Those holes that you have snakes will take over and kill and eat what’s in that hole, then take it over so you’ve got to watch out for them. I'd want it set up facing where it's easiest to back a trailer up to. Yes you can always move it, but if you need to load in a pinch, you'll be glad it's not sitting low. Also consider what you will use it for. You can move the minerals easier than the corral system. Just a thought or two. :)

That's a good idea for the shoot and panels for where you're thinking of moving it. Maybe a cover over the shoot is a good idea so while you're(vet) working the cattle on bad days it will be dry or shaded.

I still laugh every time most of the critters come running when it's cube time, except the alpacas. I hope that Tina has a very smooth birth when that day finally comes. Adler is such a smart little boy. You can tell that he was never "baby talked" to. The color of your cabin is not the color I would choose. However, what you like and want is what is important. Snakes can push their way through soft materials such as leaves, sand, soil, and mud. However, in hard soil, a snake cannot dig or excavate. On our land in Texas, I have seen a snake come out of a hole but I think it was from another animal. Adler was so cute when he said he owns this land, the way he emphasized himself made me laugh. He is a precious little pistol 😀

Those gaps on the siding can be filled with that paintable clear sealant caulk. It works great around windows too. I really like the Iron Ore color!

Crawfish Fixed>>>> Cut Up 1- Lemon,1-Lime, 2-Oranges, 1-Sweet Onion, 1/2 - Cup of Sugar, 1- Pepper( Hot or Sweet), 6- Potatoes, 6-Ears of Corn...Add 1/4 cup of Rice Vinegar, 1/2 Cup Old Bay Seasoning, 2 Cups of White Wine.....Add all to large pot with cover, heat to a Boil, Add theCrawfish...You all Enjoy

We soak our crawfish in salted ice water first, do you? Give them a few hours to clean everything out of them! Then a good rinse.

Do what we call a low boil you use new potatoes, corn (I cut the ears into halves or thirds depending upon the size of the ear or you can use the frozen small ears from the freezer section in the grocery store, also I put smoked sausage sliced into pieces shrimp is added at the end because it cooks fast, you can also add crab legs but they are very expensive right now, a low boil is yummy. We do this a few times a year. You can add other seafood if you want.

That squeak on the Side-by-Side sounds like it is the latches on the dump bed. Put you some spray water proof red grease on it and that should solve it. If not, it won't hurt anything.

We used to use our backhoe to reach the second story windows to wash them. I felt way safer in the bucket than on a ladder so high up. I trusted my husband running the backhoe, he had years of experience, but Rae 😂 she just needs practice!!❤ Love the color you picked.
