Thanks for specifying the colors of what titanium should come out to. Most people don’t know anything about metals and how much work it is goes into the process. Not only does the metal cost, the welder should be up there with the price too

The alternating blue and titanium or heated treated/not heat treated, looks absolutely nuts. I haven't seen it put together like that before, and that looks insanely cool.

Learning to weld titanium like a boss is my next exploration into welding lol. I've been welding for about 11yrs but it's been mostly heavy duty welding fixing machinery and building rig building, I just got myself a very nice tig machine last year and I've just been practicing wanting to learn all the different metals.
@truefocusfab5 жыл бұрын
iTrash Panda I’d recommend starting on stainless until you get the hang of heat input then step up to Titanium. They are similar to weld, stainless is just much cheaper haha
@itrashpanda5 жыл бұрын
@@truefocusfabthx for the info!! I've been practicing on stainless mostly already, making exhausts for my car, my moms jag and my dads EcoBoost f150 and what ever other friend wants something lol. Also been working hard with aluminum to make intakes and intercooler piping.

I used to do small parts for jet engines and we had to have absolute colorless welds. The way I did them is come up with a stainless steel box with a copper tubing manifold under copper bb's. Flood the box with Argon and weld the parts in the box. The ppms in the box were sub 10 ppm of oxygen. Works great!

I enjoy your videos and your products and work with DDE. But as being a paraplegic could you stop parking your cars in the Handicap space and / or the blue hatched area? Or remove the spot if it is not required by law for your number of parking places? We have so many issues with parking and being able to deploy a ramp or whatever to get in and out of our vehicles. Thanks you and keep up the good work.
