Brilliant - my neighbour did exactly the same, but 2 joined closely together to stop the sheets sliding - such a simple, yet effective tool 👍👍👍

Great video Matt, you make it look so easy. The only thing wrong is having to wait a week until the next installment!

Now you need to make another device to help you lift the 8x4 sheet onto the carrier 🤣 Seriously - a great simple bit of design…. I bet everyone who watches this vid makes one! 👍👍

I always wanted a little wheel on one corner. Not for more than preventing those knocks that happen as the plywood is carried.

I like this idea. I have looked at various commerical board carriers but never decided on one. I have lots of odd bits of wood and MDF to make one like yours.

Nice job Matt. I think the long piece would be better made from plywood rather than mdf for strength. Now all you need is to devise a way of hooking the carrier to your bench to make a sheet loader!

I need to make this! Have you tried using it to lift sheets up on the table as well?

would not shortened the lower piece to the width of the mdf, the extra width there would help with slightly off centre sheets ..., anyway now need a place to hang it ...
