You have a very well organized and efficient shop. You seem to do well in such a small shop. Cheers

Happy New Year Matt - it’s looking very neat compared to most! Appreciate the tour and your candour, keep smashing it in 2025!

Great use of a relatively small space. You should feel proud mate of having achieved so much there… building the workshop yourself to start with, and then fitting it out to be such a cosy looking, pleasant space to work in. Well done 👍🏻 In my experience there will always be rogue tools in the kitchen though 🤦🏻♂️😆

I bought it few weeks ago and used it few times already - the middle of the mass is amazing - it's very hard to understand it in the first moment but as soon as you start work with it - it's an amazing tool

How well do the solar panels work at this time of year? Are you off grid all year round, or do you have times when you need to run an extension lead out?
@Badgerworkshop11 сағат бұрын
I have had to take the battery into the house twice to charge. I think I need to change the solar panels angle.

It's a constant war of attrition between stuff and space. A garage with attic, 2 cellars and a lockup full to the brim. I also have enough scaffold planks in my garden under a tarp to build an ark. We'll never be satisfied I think.

Thank you for the floor video but again referring to your extremely important second pair of hands as the apprentice....."site agent"?
@nojnoj3069Күн бұрын
Thank you very much for the informative easy to follow guide.....My only criticism is calling your extremely important second pair of hands as an "apprentice" ?...Me personally, I would have referred to them as "site agent".

Hi Matt. Any report on the dreaded snipe? I assume it can never be eliminated but if it's greatly reduced, it could be handled with sanding. Better than losing 4 inches of stock like I did on my Triton TPT125

Hi Matt, what a lovely video! It’s great to see that over time, doing projects around the house, you give the house a bit of extra soul and character! If I where to run into you in a pub or a trade show, i would ask you this: Putting algorithms and monetization aside for a minute; have you ever considered making long form video’s ie a documentary of something you find interesting, or shooting an online class or workshop? If so, what would they be about, and why did you not (yet) pursue it? To me you are such an kind and gentle storyteller, and I am really curious what would happen with a larger time frame. With festive 🎉 and mulled wine infused greetings, Guido

Matt. My Dad taught me many of my skills and he took care of everything around the house. When he passed away, I took over. After I left home, I’d visit my Mum and make sure I had my tools with me. I made a few things her but there was Nothing better than walking in and seeing a list of jobs for me to take care of. I miss them both but seeing this video brings a joyful tear to my eye. I’m pleased for you mate, carry on the good work. 👍🏾

"Parents, they keep you busy." Indeed! My father has dementia, and so I find myself going to visit him and my mother more and more to help with this and that, including repairs, etc. It's worth it when I consider how much they did for me. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, everyone!

Thanks Matt, and a Merry Christmas, you can always rely on the Boss to come up with new projects for you and it makes great content. Lovely video dude, there’s a very real authenticity to the way you do things and how you come across. Always enjoy your content for the “feel” and much as the woodworking itself and this is a great example of that.
