Update: I used half the sausage and added 1 cup black beans and 1/2 lb of shrimp for extra protein. It's filling and delicious!! I'm sure it would be just as good without the beans and shrimp too. Great way to get more veggies in! Definitely recommend.

I'm confused...not hard to do 😜😂. It says 2-3 Tablespoons of Cajun seasoning, but the total of your homemade one is less than three teaspoons. Is yours stronger so needs less or should the store bought one be less? Thanks in advance. Looks yummy, adding to my grocery list now.
