Sheffield pike is the only wild camp me and my girlfriend have had to bail on. Weather was horrendous and the very few suitable pitches we found were far too waterlogged to be able to use. I have unfinished business with that Fell and will be back one day. Awesome content as always 👌🏻

Still watching your vlogs from across the world in Dubai. I've done these two fells twice before and would definitely consider them again. I really want to wildcamp on Glenridding Dodd for a sunset and sunrise over Ullswater. Love the content of your vlogs. They are the best out on the Lake District fells in KZbin. Hope the knee is good. Cannot wait to finally fly home at the end of October and venture back to the lakes for the first time in 16 months. Man I miss it. The wife is even giving me a couple of months of me time before she fly's back with our girl. Thanks for the vlogs. Keep firing them out as I never miss one.

Hi Glenn. I watched your Walking the Wainwrights video of Sheffield Pike yesterday, and thought I’d revisit your first video. The drone footage is superb, as usual. I get so much enjoyment from your videos, as they are the second best thing to being back in The Lakes myself. It’s about time I got you a beer to say thank you, so cheers🍻

Descended via your ascent route a few weeks ago and it would appear that, like much of the Lake District, storm Arwen has given it a right good kicking; the path on the steeper section through the pine woods has been washed away in many places and there's a good few large trees blocking it. It was a feckin' nightmare with the best saved for last in the form of two girthsome pines right next to one another with no way over or under. Like your visit, it was flat and overcast so no worthwhile photos to be had. Good reason to go back, I think. Many thanks for yet another fell rockin' film.

What an awesome view over Ullswater, a lovely old Norse name. The sheep might be a horned Dorset mix, good breeders, I can't swear to that, you can't say "hey Horned Dorset" so easily, it's not as endearing as hey herdies. Lol 😆

Glenn, are all of the pix you show in these vlogs available for purchase on your website, or do you curate them?
@BlackCrag3 жыл бұрын
Hi Stuart, one or two are available on the site but the majority aren't yet. I should probably create a page on my website for each vlog, with the photos to buy 🤔 Is there one in particular that you're interested in?
@stuartdobson99843 жыл бұрын
Actually Glenn, I’m thinking I need a collection or “montage” for my place in Perth. But which ones? Well to answer that I need to see a selection and chose ones that resonate with me. So, the more you have on your gallery the better. 🤔
