The real beauty is look at how other Imaams also awaken (from concentration) by the mistake however they waited until Shaikh Sudais to correct. This shows the utmost respect. The Imaan to the right of Shaikh Sudais moved his eyes to the direction of the grand Imaam and waited until he reacted. Had Shaikh Sudais didn't reply he was then ready to reply. SubhanAllah

It do happen sometimes with Imams . i witnessed alot but its ok because we're humans in the end we make mistakes . the most important thing is you MUST correct the error instead of ignoring it . specially with religion stuff . its the only thing that you need to be deadly serious about it . That’s the difference and beauty of islam cos no human is perfect and we all stand to be corrected at anytime. And anybody from the congregation with the knowledge of that chapter/verses can make the amendment by saying the correct word or sentence aloud so the imam could pick it up from there .
