As a former resident of Epping, I can tell you that this case was eye opening for Epping. I mean we had a murder suicide happen around the same time that this happened but this case changed the dynamic of the town. Everyone in Epping knows each other. For a small town yes there is secrets but it was your typical small town. People saw her at Walmart with Kenneth, before he died, in which she was pushing him in a wheelchair. She was seen purchasing a fuel jug. When the property was renovated and sold, there were items found on the property that really showed how she treated the men that answered her personal ads. Dog collars were of the items.

You clearly had her as a neighbor and didn't see her when she was working as his secretary. Everyone knew she was vain, controlling, and cold hearted. Dr Labarre would "cheat on her" by sneaking in long time poor patients or an additional sick visit to adjust them because she turned them away. By then he was tired and wanted affection and not a fight and just caved more and more until he was a shell of his former self. All his patients blamed her for his loss emotionally if not physically. She was always a monster. It just was so much worse than anyone knew.

A friend of mine actually dated her when she lived in Northern Georgia. They were in his driveway at his parents and she stripped out of her clothes. At one point, she tried to get him to give her power of attorney. The police had what they called The Shelia Rule. She would answer the door completely naked. They were afraid if they came alone, she would claim rape. The doctor left everything to her even though he had children. I think he was so afraid of her, he did whatever she wanted. She's the type that will do anything. He was probably afraid she would burn the place down if he said no. The police said that when she played the tapes where she abused them to say they were pedophiles she literally thought that was going to get her off the hook. She looks like crap in the pictures shown, but she had been attractive. Once she had the doctor's place in his money she just let herself go. When my friend first met her, she took care of herself. She left him for the Doctor who she said she had met while she was working at a motel. She didn't tell him she had been advertising to meet people.

But wait, if he was mentally 12 year old kid, why would he be allowed to be a live in lover to someone? There's no rule about that, even though he is technically a grown adult in age? I have a family member who is about 7yrs old mentally, and there are many rules set in place to make sure they are ok, including random visits from case workers. I know 7 is younger than 12, but I'm just thinking about the fact that mentally age is far younger than actual age, therefore decisions made by them should be monitored more regularly...right?

Conditions of probable cause: According to the New Hampshire Law Enforcement Manual, probable cause exists when the officer “has knowledge and trustworthy information sufficient to warrant a person of reasonable caution and prudence in believing that the arrestee has committed an offense.”

If a detective sees what looks like a human arm and shoulder, he should 1. SECURE THE SCENE 2. Have 1 officer stationed at evidence while a detective goes IMMEDIATELY to a magistrate or judge for a search warrant. They had probable cause! In fact, if they were legally on the property and saw evidence “in plain view” it can be seized- but it’s always best to get a warrant. Her face in court is terrifying!!!!!

I thought serial killers killed animal , and had no love in them, she loved her rabbits very much , she was badly molested I bet her whole life , and I bet she’ll not get any help , but look at the easy sentences pedifiles get ,and always aloud out to reafend , big jails just for pedifiles only , and in there they get the hist quality of help , and they are sill un fixable , MENY MENY syco doctors have come forth and said this , I seen 2 different documentaries on this place , but what help is out there for all the children and then when the become grown ups , I have a family member and numerus friends who have had there souls killed by pedifiles !

they didn’t do enough! Kenny’s mother PLEADED w/ them… numerous times. it’s so sad. he definitely should’ve been protected more than he was. His mom stated the police officers were laughing w/ her @ the Walmart.. while she told Kenneth to stfu. I was watching this on another program where the mother was actually interviewing & her account seems much different. I wanted to google the officers to see who exactly they were because how horrible they must feel to see him in Walmart that day then find out he was killed by her less than 2 days later smh.. that’s really sad.

They came onto the property without a warrant the first time. She asked them to leave and by law they have to. They saw what they thought was flesh and a human bone but will need forensics to prove it was in fact human. They have to do things legally to make sure they can get a conviction.
