Fitting the body continues, cutting aluminum and fiberglass to get this body on and right.

Boy, you are super brave globbing that glue on the carpet backing……without any drop cloths on your fresh, virgin black carpet! 😜

Loved the 4th wall break at the end.

Watching the struggle with fitting the body to the frame - after placing the front and shifting it to the rear. Would it have been possible to remove the wood support to allow flex in the body to fit around the rear of the sheet metal with more ease? Or would that cause undue stress in the fiberglass.

I did take the 2x4 out but having it in keeps the stress off the rockers under the door cut outs. You have to install the front on first then lower the back on then bolt the back on and wiggle the front around to get it strait. If all the points in between are right then it’s good to go….6 times & she’s finally good to go.

That looked like a frustrating ordeal. Watching & learning.... I think I'll be making sure my body is square with the chassis waaaay before anything else is done! thanks for the V-log! You, Pete and others have made my project a little less daunting! That Muzak loop in the background is really annoying! Maybe it's my OCD, but I'd rather hear a shop fan or birds chirping! 😁
