She was also crueler than sheldon. The only time Shelton showed this kind of Cruelty was in the Halloween episode where he imitated howard. And even then her cruelty was greater than that. She abused his trust and since there was no history of pranking between them, I would have probably never spoken to her again.

Paige is as smart/genius as Sheldon (probably smarter) but with the personality of Penny or Missy (kinda). I always liked that about her... If she hadn't pranked him, he would have been totally willing to start dating her right away (which is fascinating in itself when you consider that this is Sheldon - who has barely shown any sympathy for Amy in the first few years they've known each other). :D Now compare that to the fact that Sheldon was unwilling to hug (let alone kiss) anyone until he was +30, and he abhorred any social and especially physical contact, he didn't give anyone (close) attention or any kind of affection. ↓ Paige always had Sheldon's full attention (not just because of the rivalry), he wanted her to perceive him, had his attention and he show off in front of her (What is badinage, that is loving). He even showed concern and care for her (when she was crying or drunk). And some people will say he wasn't even interested in Paige (or even noticed her)....Nonsense. She was basically the only one he showed any feelings for and a deeper bond (as much as he could with his personality). MAYBE it wasn't a cursh in the true sense of the word (with both of them) but it was close to it - Sheldon can't show emotions and doesn't know them or work with them, but his relationship with Paige was special compared to everyone else. I like Amy but damn....I wish Shelodn would end up with Paige.
