Sheldon is a fun waiter who only makes the eating experience at the Cheesecake Factory way more interesting. Also some how he is able to cover a tables order and bring them their food, explain everything about it, and it also includes Leonard asking Sheldon more questions, much faster than Penny can even get to their table.

Yeah, I didn't think about it, but now that I do, while plates are dirty, they are only dirty through one serving before they are cleaned again. Coins pass through many hands, and many pockets, and many machines and systems all of which have touched millions of other coins, hands and other things, and don't get cleaned in between.
