Shell fuel app review - is it as bad as everyone says?

My Shell fuel app review where I see if it's as bad as everyone was saying in the reviews. Lots of people had said that the Shell fuel app doesn't work and you end up going in to pay as usual. With everyone wanting to keep their distance these days I gave it a go and here's what happened.
The app works a lot better with payments than it says it will. It says that you have to select an amount such as £20 which will be taken from your card and anything you spend less than that will be refunded. That would make your account look messy with lots of refunds going in which could be confused for income but I'm pleased to say that it only took the amount out that I spent which was about £17.16.
