I love that you think of taking things home to your mama! As a mom of three young boys, my hope is that they'll still think of me when they're grown. I bet your mom is proud of you! ❤

The Shell you tossed was an Apple Murex- the others were Lace- common on South Western Florida beaches- 😎🇺🇸✌️

Those Cereus shells look like prehistoric fossils come to life! I can't believe how big they are! Hervey Bay is a cool and strange place! Once I was trying to remember what we call some of the shells you were finding. Since you called one today a Nutmeg, I guess someone beat me to it! But the other I was trying to recall is a Chestnut Turban. As always, fun to go along with you. Do you know how blessed you are to have a girlfriend who loves shells like you do and helps you find them? Super cool couple you are! Hugs from Virginia USA!!!

I have always been told taking shells off a beach is really bad for growing creatures that need to find a new shell...or die.
