First Cherry Heads I ever owned I bought in NC in the last 80's. It was never really humid in the winters inside, so they moved into a Candy Case I found in an Antique Shop. Lots of glass ! Had a small heater and a cool humidifier that "fogged" down on them from a shelf above like an Amazon scene. We loved it and spent many Winter nights with them as our entertainment. We didn't like it when warm weather came around and they went to the outside pens, but they liked it better . This is a much better solution ! Thanks for sharing .

You should try connecting the fogger directly to the PVC and drill small holes all the way around to release it evenly throughout the enclosure.

It’s easier to keep them in 3/4” of water when they’re that small. Or maybe try a layer of leaves of pine needles to help hold humidity in your current enclosure

When I used a reptile fogger, it made my tortoises sick. It made it too cold and it can create respiratory infections. Just FYI!

I'd like to know how the Reptifoggers have held up for you. I've heard mixed reviews of these. Seeing as I haven't had much success using a conventional humidifier I think that is my best option.

Creative way to use an old hut! I dig the setup. Have you had issues with moisture build up in the egg crate area with the fog? Or if this affected any live plants you might have added since you made this? I'm redoing my setup for my box turtle and actually was thinking of doing something similar to this and wanted to know how this held up over time.

Hey I have a question on my eastern box turtles. So this past October my box turtles had baby’s but we only found one. Is that common to find only one or would the others buried themselves? We didn’t find a nesting hole so we couldn’t dig for them. And also can male eastern box turtles be yellow? Thanks and I love your videos.

Love your videos, but have a question for you. There is a local lady that has box turtles, and she is a trusted breeder. She has eastern boxes available, but she says they’re too young to sex. They’re hatchlings like the ones you have in this video. Do you know of a way to sex them? I’d like to get a female. Thanks!
