Yay more Monika content! I hope you’re well. I have just got on the Jjigae train a couple months ago! Being from the North East of England it’s not exactly a big thing, but my city has some amazing Asian stores so I thought I’d give Gochujang a go and found an amazing recipe for Gochujang Jjigae. I make it vegan with tofu and vegan fish sauce and I added rice cakes instead of having it with rice and it’s just the most soulful food I’ve ever cooked! Like it just warms my heart and soul. Man I might have to make it again tonight.
