IMO Shenzhen airline is one of the best airliners in China. Especially if you are traveling in business class or econ as a gold member of SA. They have several very nice lounges with a wide choice of buffet and drinks. Highly recommended.

Last June, I also flew a red eye flight, but on China Eastern, Airbus A330-300 (B-8972) in the newer cabin from Ho Chi Minh to Shanghai and the flight is okay, 3 and a half hours,, but it was uncomfortable because the seatbelt sign is on for the whole flight, but some passengers, including me use the lavatory, even though there is no turbulence.

Looks pretty good, despite the ghastly departure time! However I guess it's a way of increasing aircraft utilisation and with Vietnam being such a tourist hotspot at the moment they'll have no trouble filling the seats if the price is competitive. Were any drinks offered on this flight? Didn't look like there was water or a carton of juice in your snack box. Another enjoyable video, thanks. P.S. I think you may have inadvertently mixed up STD and STA in your on screen flight stats.

Chinese airports dont have hubs for domestic flights, only international is that is why the route map is very confusing, airlines fly from everywhere to everywhere Also the international websites of Chinese airlines all use the same glitchy slow template. The China website is way better and functional
