The fact that you covered all that in under 20 minutes and I feel informed...you are a bad ass! Love your videos. Love all your products, and you have informed me on so much it is not only helping me figure out my 40+ skincare routine but it's also helping me get my teenager's acne prone skin under control early in her life instead of dealing with it for decades like I did. Thank you for all you do - you rock Momma!

I love your products Specifically the major fade serum. I’m on my fourth tube and I will be stocking up big time at the Sephora sale. I love the way it feels it doesn’t irritate my skin and since I’ve been using it a few months, I really see the difference in my skin. I’m 68 years old with lots of sun damage, but I’ve always taken pretty good care of my face so it’s not as bad as the rest of my body lol. I will say this , when I go on Sephora and I see all the comments are from incentivized people, I just don’t read them and I don’t think it’s helpful. I want to hear from people who purchased it with their own money. I did leave a comment at Sephora and I think out of 100 comments mine was the only one who had bought it with my own money. I really enjoy your videos and have learned a lot .

I have the Living Proof hair serum, been using it since June and it really works! My hair loss is much less and I can hold a plastic clip to hold my hair back. Before the serum I didn’t have enough hair to hold clip in place I am so thrilled! Thanks Living Proof! You made this old lady so happy! I put it in my hair every night and massage it in for a minute or so, depends on how tired I am! Thanks for a very informative and helpful video!🙏🏻❤️

Love your videos and I've learned a lot. I will add, the Kiehl's Better Screen UV Serum does make my face super shiny and does feel slightly oily. I still use it and appreciate that it has no white cast, as you said, but I end up applying powder after to help mattify it... It could be because I live in a more humid area and tend to have oily skin.

I’ve understood it as if products are from the same brand, they are fairly safe to use together. Unless it’s actives that doesn’t work well if mixed (like copper peptides and vit C etc) then don’t use at the same time. But other than that, go for it.

I have been using Living Proof.. & ‘mad about it’s- with the so hella ‘Exclusive price! *I got it on a sale/ deal, but Stiiill! $o much for SOooo little product. **despite cute bottle, also don’t favor the dropper, which (as expensive as it is) doesn’t reach the bottom of bottle/ remaining product, when it should. Ofc ‘there’s a way to Try & get the last treatment hidden down there- but shouldn’t be a step/ for that price, don’t have time for that. I do dig Pacifica’s Rosemary serum with a long, great dropper.

I have been told that kojic acid is quite "dangareous", in the way that makes your skin very sensitive to sunlight. in an extrem way. It works, but beacuse of this side effect, it is not good, because, at some point, everybody is expose to sunlught, and brown marks will appear. I know I have wrtitten it as an affirmation, but is a question, I am not a dermatologist, but the person that told me this goes to one, and that was the advise the doctor geve her. So I just wanna make sure. Anybody? :)

What are your product recommendations for hyperpigmentation (products with tranexamic acid, kojic acid, arbutin, Licorice root) if your products are not available in my country? I live in australia and sephora here doesn’t have topicals by faded so annoying 😕 I haven’t been able to find any that have these ingredients together or by themselves without the addition of aha/bha’s or without niacinamine/haylurunic acids. And I am just so frustrated, I just want to find some that I can use every single day without the acids 😐 Any recommendations?

Check out her other long videos, there are a few about hyperpigmentation since this is something even our doc here are dealing with as well. Get a pen and papers, stop and rewatch and write it down, that’s what I do and I have learnt a LOT. My problems aren’t hyperpigmentation, but aging, i.e fine lines, elasticity and discolouration, and there’s a tonne to pick from. I’m very greatful and happy I’ve found dr Idriss, ngl. 🙌🏼🔥

I am sure you mean Hydroquinone . Try going slow to start with. If it were me I would first bring your skin barrier back to health then try using a very small amount of the hydroquinone once or twice a week and see how you do. Slowly build up. She says not to use it any longer than 8 weeks at a time then give it a break. Did you call your dermatologist?
