All prior convictions he was involved with or in(either arrested, was a witness, or any other type of action), should be reviewed or audited for evidence tampering, perjury, threatening, or any other illegal activity which caused the initial incident that occurred 2 lead 2 a conviction. This is exactly why Tuscola county MI won't allow cameras inside of the court house. They make it impossible for people to be able to defend themselves in any way. Once you're inside of the court house... they can do anything they want... without having fear being found out. As a result... the corruption level in Tuscola county is sky high. I personally have been charged twice with false charges... the first time, Mark Reene, the prosecuting attorney, had my lawyer fired for conflict of interest. Then replaced him miss Blanton... she was bullying me and lying to me because she wanted me to take a plea really bad. I was innocent. There was no proof of a crime. The only reason that I didn't end up in jail was because I filed a report against her with the state bar association.

Hope you can contact them and get others to do the same. Anytime they ever do something even remotely as corrupt as this, they should hear from so many people that is absolutely disrupts their work and their lives. That don't mean that you harass him/them yourself, but you do have the RIGHT to petition government, and doing so can never be used against you (like they did here in this situation). They cannot arrest or charge you for simply contacting a couple police/representatives and telling them what you think, as long as you don't threaten them or do anything that's actually illegal. (Don't mean they won't try though... but there should not just be you to stand alone, it should be and has to be everyone (or at-least a lot of people). It hardly ever is though, because we live in a nation of cowards. That don't mean we should be cowards ourselves though and not do what we Know to be right. This case is so wild. I've been following it for a while. The Police have dragged them through the mud. They stole from him and broke her back on top of false charges. You are wrong in that it's a possession charge. It isn't. It's a violation of probation charge (probation was given to whoever it was for the Marijuana charge). They did this intentionally because typically with a VOP, there is no bond. They thought they could to force him into a plea as he would have been eager to get out of jail, knowing it wasn't him to begin with. They KNOW it wasn't him. This case is FULL of corruption and it goes all the way up to the Judge.
